The Magazine Museum in Skokie, Illinois, has one of the largest collections anywhere of original Ebony, Life, Look, Saturday Evening Post, Time, Newsweek, Sports Illustrated, original historic newspapers and more which tell the story, in full color pictures, of the lives of Dr. Martin Luther King, Malcolm X, the 1963 March on Washington, Jesse Jackson's several runs for the presidency, the violent death of Medgar Evers as well as the many other stories on national Black and the African Continent political figures back to the Forties
